Our sheet metal lighting pole covers are manufactured from 1.5 mm black cold-rolled (CR) steel sheet. The hinged cover is formed by bending from the main body. After a chrome wire is placed inside, all surfaces are coated with lacquered galvanization. The hinge is fixed to the pole with steel rivets, and the domed head is designed to be opened with a screw mechanism. Finally, an energy warning label is fixed to the front using a non-marking adhesive that prevents any visible sign of removal.
